Bio

Catherine is now a senior. She is preparing for the graduate school now. She is so busy and stressful. And she have three roommates, they are not going to study graduate school. Instead, they think that they must grasp the final time of the university and play.

Her roommates always eating and talking about gossip noisy when she was studying. Catherine was so angry that she shout at them. But her roommates thought that they have the right to chat at the room.

Catherine packed her things out to the library. But she could not focus on studying because she was so angry and embarrassed. She even did not know how to face her roommates afterwards. She began to be very anxious and unable to read any books at all.

After this incident, the roommates did not chat and play in the room anymore. They all came back late and went to bed in the morning. Catherine and roommates seldom talked again.

She couldn't bear it so she call her high school friend. She can’ tell her classmates, since they know each others and it will be very awkward for them. Though she could only complain to high school classmates.

After she talked to her high school friend, she still afraid of facing them. But she knew that only communicate with her roommates can deal with this situation. So she went back room and finally reach an agreement with her roommates. 

Scenario

1.Catherine is now a senior, she has lots of homework and exams that made her stressful. It can always remind her what she is going to do now through things that are easily accessible in daily life, and have a complete plan to keep her out of her hands.

2.Because she conflicted with her roommates, she began to be very anxious. She couldn't read any books at all. So she turned on her mobile phone to play music, hoping to calm herself down and concentrate on her own work.

3.She couldn't bear it so she call the high school friend who the ‘Euthymia’ recommended. She can’t tell her classmates, since they know each others and it will be very awkward for them. Though she could only complain to high school classmates.

4.She knew that this way of avoiding will only make her go farther away from her roommates, so she is determined to communicate with them.Catherine is still afraid to go back to face roommates, so she first sorted out and clarified her thoughts through the message then send to her roommates.

Bio

 Last time she caught a student watched the comics in class, and she fined the student to write twenty times. Afterwards, the student actually said that she was a "bitch" in IG. She found that post on IG and went crazy with a stomach ache all day.

      However, she still has to work. She does not let emotions affect her work efficiency. She also felt that this kind of thing must be dealt with directly. Therefore, she said in class that even in the network environment, everyone should respect. Otherwise, it might break the law. In fact, she was very worried about what she said in the classroom, so that student will have a sense of distance to her. As a teacher, she was very concerned about how they think about her. However, after the event ended, she and the colleagues in the Academic Affairs Office went to dinner and have some food. At the same time, she also talked with her colleagues about what happened in her class. They also agreed with her practice and told her a lot of good ways to deal with those naughty students. After chatting with her colleagues and eating the perfect food, she was much better. 

Scenario

Since she cares about other people's opinions, she likes to know the mood and feelings of the students, parents and colleagues from the social media every time after her sponsored activities. If others are not satisfied with the activities, she will be in a bad mood. When she is in a bad mood, she will go looking for food, so open the app to determine the luxury of the food according to the current mood. In addition, she will also use the mobile phone to ask a few good colleagues out, and talk about gossip. After the end, take a few more photos.  Gets attention on IG to regulate the bad mood of today. If she encounters a student who is difficult to handle, the teacher will use apps to communicate with the parents about the child's problems during off-hours.

Bio

Mark is good at social and he tends to lead every group work, also, classmates trust him a lot and will ask for his help whenever they have questions on their coursework.

     He likes the feel of being trust, however, it   put some pressure on him at the same time because he feel that he has more duty than others.  

    At the same time, he has a lot of work and feel stressful.
    He want to finish his work as soon as possible, however, nervous divides his attention, so he can not easily calm down and focus on his work or solve the problem in an efficient way. 

    Sometimes he will have a drink, do sport, or chat with others to release the pressure. But on the other hand, sometimes even if he want to moderate his emotion, he has no time to stop because of work’s time pressure.

Scenario

Mark is a graduate student. Every week, he has to read at least 1 paper and finish 3 courseworks from different courses. At the same time, classmates rely on him so much, so he spends time on helping them.  He is a demanding person, therefore, he put his assignment in the first place and do not allow himself to

take a rest until he has confidence in finish his work. However, he understand  that the sustained pressure will make him nervous, which cause him can not focus on work and eventually, drown in work.
 

Therefore, he use ‘Euthymia’ to monitor his pressure level  and set a threshold to prevent himself from too much stress . This help him to keep himself in a suitable level of pressure  every day (develop habit) . Also, ‘Euthymia’ can provide him a quick way to temporary reduce stress in order to solve the ‘time problem’, for examples, short break time or can not go out and do exercise in late night .
