Key Findings
❄ Time is a key point when people want to solve their emotional problems.
For example:
-
Sometime I can't find someone to talk with since my friends have no time for me at that time.
-
My mood often swings at night.
-
Sometimes I can't use my strategy to smooth my mood because of the time. For example, I can't do sports at night.
❄ When I am in a bad mood, I will choose people to talk to my emotion.
-
I won't choose those people to whom will be affected while talking to me when I am in a
bad mood to talk.
❄ We should avoid ignoring those people who isolate themselves from others because of
negative emotions.

Take-Away Message
What would be the focus of your design?
❄ When people can’t find a way to solve emotional problems at a specific time or the right
person to talk with.
What do you need to consider in your design?
❄ We do not need to help them solve problems that evoke their emotions.
❄ We can try to find out another strategy to help them soothe their emotions.
What do you want to know about more?
❄ Whether the person can accept another strategy helping them soothe their emotions.
